With Chancellor George Osborne’s Autumn Statement expected to feature infrastructure as a central theme, the question of where capital investment for infrastructure is going to come from is on everyone’s lips. It is no secret that the UK government is planning to launch an initiative to boost pension fund investment; a strategy emerging in jurisdictions worldwide given infrastructure’s potential to offer the secure and long-term returns favoured by institutional investors.

In light of this, Infrastructure Journal is launching an exclusive forum to discuss the implications of the new policy on institutional investment strategies.
